The School of Public Policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology

The mock trial team is open to all students. During the 2004-2005 academic year, the team placed 2nd in the U.S., losing to UCLA in the national finals. The team travels to several competitions each year, arguing cases are written by the American Mock Trial Association. This is a great way to learn courtroom procedures and objections while still having fun traveling and competing.

Georgia Tech's Pre-Law Chapter of PAD is a professional fraternity that provides students with an opportunity to learn about careers in the law directly from lawyers, offers a practice LSAT each spring, and provides a valuable social network among students interested in law school and legal careers. Look for PAD's membership drive every fall.
